sorry I speak english but I found your forum and Im happy because I have the same problem and I don't have any OneDrive.
But my problem is this problem happen on my Server with many user. And I think Outlook made so much aria debug log...
problem is my user have only 10gb space for personnal drive so every day I have a problem.
But I think I found something :
- Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\
common\clienttelemetry\.
- Create missing keys by right-clicking on the previous key and selecting New > Key. Name them according to the path information.
- Right-click on clienttelemetry and select New > Dword (32-bit) Value.
- Name it DisableTelemetry.
- Set its value to 1 to disable some of the data collecting that goes on normally.
